Each player may hold only one active account on Super Ace. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

  • Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.

05 Withdrawals

  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise stated.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Super Ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

If your Super Ace account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, Super Ace will return your real money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your registered payment method after completing any required verification checks.
